Chaffeys is a charming character cottage, which is located a few moments walk to Corfe Common, the start of many of the best walks in the area, and yet only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the delightful village square , with its selection of independent shops, traditional pubs and and the iconic castle.

The front door opens into an inner porch, which is a useful area to leave your coats and boots. The inner door leads into the cosy open plan sitting/dining room, which is pleasantly furnished, and has a very fine inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove, perfect for those colder evenings. A door from the sitting room leads into is a comprehensively equipped galley style kitchen with windows overlooking the delightful garden. Beyond the kitchen, the hallway area has doors leading to the garden, or to a spacious ground floor twin bedroom, which has a shower room with a walk in shower enclosure, basin and W.C.. Between the shower room and bedroom is an area which has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the sitting room, narrow winding stairs lead up to the spacious main bedroom which has a double bed and the third bedroom, which has full size bunk beds suitable for children or large teenagers.

Chaffeys is a charming property, in a peaceful location in West Street, Corfe. It provides a perfect base, relaxing in the garden during the summer months and sitting in the comfortable lounge in front of the cosy log burner in the winter months.
