Spread the word and refer your friends!
We aim to offer our guests a first class, personal service, which you would not hesitate to recommend to your friends. When you refer your friends and they book a holiday and mention you, you will receive a £40 voucher to be used off your next holiday. The friends you refer will also receive a £40 discount off their booking. There is no limit to the amount of friends you recommend, in fact the more the merrier!
Terms and Conditions
Both bookings must be a minimum 7-night stay
The refer a friend promotion and the ‘referrers’ details must be mentioned at the time of booking, with the code: (Referrers Name)400
The referrers must have stayed at one of our cottages previously
The discount will be deducted off the friends new booking and the referrer will receive the voucher to use against subsequent bookings.
The refer a friend promotion is only available to ‘friends’ who have not previously stayed with Corfe & Purbeck Holidays
The referrer can only use a maximum of two £40 discounts per booking.

£50 Low Initial Payment Offer
Secure your next getaway for less with our £50 low initial deposit, available exclusively for new bookings made between 12th December and 1st February. Lock in your favourite Corfe & Purbeck holiday home now and enjoy the freedom of spreading the cost over time. It’s the easiest way to plan ahead, guarantee your preferred dates, and start looking forward to your next escape without the upfront cost. Please note, this offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
If you would like to take advantage of our £50 Low Initial Payment offer, the following terms and conditions apply:
This offer is applicable to new bookings with arrival dates at least 8 weeks after your Booking Request.
This offer is for new bookings made between 18th December and 1st February, and can not be applied retrospectively.
The Low Initial Payment option is not available for bookings where the Deposit and Balance are due on the same date, (e.g. because there are 8 weeks or less before your Holiday Period commences).
This offer is subject to availability and may be extended or withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
This offer does not apply to all properties, and you will be advised at the time of booking.
This offer may be used in conjunction with another offer or discount which is available at the time of booking.
When you make a Low Initial Payment Booking (as defined in our Terms & Conditions) you agree to pay Corfe & Purbeck Holidays the difference between your (a) low Initial Payment and our (b) standard Initial Payment which is due for your booking (as defined in our Booking Conditions and your Confirmation of Booking Email. The difference between (a) & (b) being the 'Balance of the Initial Payment' is to be paid by the relevant date as set out in your Confirmation of Booking email and in our Conditions of Booking.
In the event that you cancel your booking, and you have made your booking using the Low Initial Payment Offer (as defined in our Terms & Conditions), you agree to pay Corfe & Purbeck Holidays the difference between your (a) low Initial Payment and our (b) standard Initial Payment which is due for your booking (as defined in our Booking Conditions and your Confirmation of Booking Email. If Corfe & Purbeck Holidays do not receive payment from you by the due date, the Standard Deposit payment, as defined in our Conditions of Booking, plus any associated fees and cancellations charges will be due.
These Terms and Conditions should be read along with our standard Booking Conditions. Especially Clauses 5 (Bookings), 6 (Payment), 9 (Cancellation) and 10 (Holiday Cancellation Insurance) of the standard Booking Conditions.
By making a Low Initial Payment Booking through Corfe & Purbeck Holidays, you confirm that you accept our standard Conditions of Booking, plus the Low Initial Payment Terms and Conditions, and you agree to comply with them.
Corfe & Purbeck Holidays have a pay monthly option for the Balance Payment. Please enquire about this separately.
Making your booking
To make a booking choose the property, select your dates via the booking calendar or enquiry form and in the notes, section fill in ‘£50 low initial payment’. When Corfe & Purbeck Holidays send your booking confirmation email, it will show details of the low initial payment offer which has been applied, and the payment schedule.
The low initial payment amount for this offer is £50.00 to secure your holiday.
The second instalment of the deposit will be due for payment by the 1st of March, if your holiday is more than 8 weeks away. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away on the 1st of March the second instalment of the deposit, plus the balance payment will be due 8 weeks before the date of arrival. The balance payment for the holiday is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday as stated in our Conditions of Booking. These dates will be detailed in your payment schedule.
Any outstanding payment, must be received no more than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If the balance has not been received by the due date, and you have not contacted Corfe & Purbeck Holidays to make alternative arrangements, the balance will automatically be collected from the payment card used to make the initial payment.
The difference between the Low Initial Payment, and the standard deposit shown on our website, in your confirmation email, and/or in the Booking Conditions, is payable by the second deposit instalment payment, which must be paid by 1st March 2024. The Balance payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
The second deposit instalment is due if you cancel your booking before the balance due date. If the second deposit instalment is not received, Corfe & Purbeck Holidays can automatically collect the second deposit payment from the payment card used to make the initial deposit payment.
If you book less than 8 weeks before the start of your stay, the total cost of your holiday is due, at the time of booking. There may be flexibility to split the total cost, please contact Corfe & Purbeck Holidays for further information.
Booking Cancellation
Please see our Conditions of Booking section 9, these cancellation terms still apply to all bookings made with the low deposit scheme. Please also see sections 10 about Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
The deposit second instalment is due if you cancel your booking before the balance due date.
Smaller Prices for Larger Properties
Some of our larger properties offer a low occupancy discount for selected off peak dates. Please contact us for further information.
Short Breaks
Short Breaks are available for off peak dates and late availability. If the property is not displaying a short break, contact us and we can provide further information and availability.
