The kitchen is well equipped with ample space to prepare a meal and a seating area, providing the perfect spot for breakfast whilst enjoying the beautiful views over the garden and towards to the village. The breakfast table has seating for 8 people and provides the perfect spot for children to have breakfast before a busy day exploring the local area.
From the kitchen, the door leads to the main entrance hallway, where you can head upstairs or into the large quintessentially old English dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 people. Continuing through the dining room, double doors lead into a large family sitting room with feature fireplace, TV and plenty of books. French doors lead out on to a patio and down the steps you can walk to the front gardens or up into the large rear garden.
Heading upstairs, to the right, is another large sitting room with a feature stone fireplace and TV. Having both the sitting rooms it gives families or friends plenty of space to relax. This room has magnificent views of the rear garden.
On the first floor there is one bathroom with a large wet room style shower, separate bath, WC and hand basin.
Heading along the hallway there is a small bedroom perfect for young children, with small child size bunk beds. There is two further double bedrooms on this floor.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, there is another double bedroom and a single bedroom with a pull of trundle bed. The master double bedroom is also on this floor, this room has windows that overlook the surrounding garden. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC and hand basin.
Heading outside the gardens are outstanding. To the front of St Nicholas Court House there are two stone archways and topiary work. The main entrance is grand and up some large stone steps in the centre of the property. Two pathways lead up either side of the house, one to the kitchen and the other to the sitting room. By the kitchen entrance, is a stone patio with a small table, which provides the perfect spot for guests to enjoy their morning coffee. Heading up more steps, you reach the large rear garden, where there is ample space for children to play and for the family and friends to relax in the summer sun.
St Nicholas Court House is a very traditional old English family home with many retaining features.
There is a parking space on the drive to the front of the property and another off a private lane to the rear of St Nicholas Court House. The Thatch, holiday cottage is located within the grounds of St Nicholas Court House, which has its own parking space.

The village of Corfe Castle is approximately 10 minutes’ drive and the seaside town of Swanage and other fantastic local beaches including Studland are within easy reach.
