The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, with integrated grill and gas hob and there is a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility area which has a WC with hand basin and washing machine.

A door from the kitchen leads into the splendid sitting room which offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately as you step inside. Relax on the comfortable sofas, enjoying the sun shining in through the west facing windows or snuggle up in front of the wonderful wood burner and watch the TV or choose a film from the selection of DVDs.

Off the sitting room is a door to a spacious ground floor bedroom with a king size bed. Stairs from the sitting room, lead up to the first floor where you will find an additional two bedrooms and the bathroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and fabulous views across the town, out to the sea, with glimpses of the Isle of Wight on a clear day. There is a pretty twin bedroom also at the front, with delightful views. There are two steps down to the stylish bathroom, which has a bath, with shower over bath, WC and hand basin. There is some limited head height in the bathroom, but sufficient to stand up in the bath to shower.

Outside, there is a beautifully maintained enclosed garden at the rear, which offers a peaceful spot to relax on the garden furniture or enjoy outside dining on the patio. There is parking for one small car on the driveway and additional on street parking at the front of the property.

This property has some low ceilings & doorways and a small incline up the gravel driveway leading to the doors.
