Cotness Cottage is a semi-detached, thatched two-bedroom cottage, nestled in the Purbeck hills on the outskirts of East Creech, a small hamlet at the northern foot of the hills, just over 5 miles from Corfe Castle, and 3 miles from Wareham.

As you enter this charming character cottage you will walk into the sitting/dining room leading through to the kitchen. The delightfulsitting/dining room has many original features, including stone walls, exposed beams and a stunning stone fireplace with wood burning stove. This room is comfortably furnished and provides a relaxing space to enjoy a home cooked meal around the dining table and comfortable seating, idea to unwind after an adventurous day exploring this stunning location. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with a range of appliances and provides everything you will need for a self-catering holiday.

Upstairs, the spacious main bedroom has a king size bed, from this room there are beautiful views towards Poole Harbour. The attractively decorated second bedroom has two single beds.

The newly fitted shower room is located on the ground floor and has a large walk-in rainfall shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.

Outside, the superb large private gardens have wonderful views, and in the adjoining fields you can see cows grazing. There is garden furniture, and a patio area offering the perfect spot to enjoy some al fresco dining. There is also ample parking, and a lockable brick shed providing secure bike storage.

Cotness Cottage is a splendid cottage which has been tastefully modernised and provides a perfect holiday home for couples or families to enjoy visiting this stunning part of Dorset. It is within easy reach of the delightful countryside of the Isle of Purbeck, and only a short drive to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Studland, Swanage and some of the best beaches and various nearby attractions. The cottage has some low ceilings and doorways. The stairs are typical of an older cottage and are quite steep.
